Chief Marketing Officer, Co-founder, Bōdee Holdings
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the cannabis and apparel industries, Tyson Rossi serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-founder of Bōdee Holdings, Inc., a privately held company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona that invests in and operates companies in the CBD, hemp and cannabis industries.
Tyson brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, global brand and product development, distribution and management, guiding the continued growth of Bōdee Holdings, including the Bōdee line of health and wellness CBD products and its contract manufacturing arm, Edible Solutions.
Under Tyson’s leadership, Edible Solutions converted an old state prison into the kitchen and edibles program for Damian Marley’s cannabis operation – one of the largest in California. He also helped forge a partnership with The Wercshop and Dr. Jeff Raber, a leading cannabis group that operates a state-of-the-art laboratory and extraction facility, to act as the edibles development and research and development arm of their operation.
Prior to co-founding Edible Solutions, Tyson served as Director of Brand Strategy for CNS Equity Partners, a vertically integrated cannabis operation, overseeing all branding, marketing, product development, business development and retail strategies for the group. While at CNS, Tyson helped launch The Green Heart Oregon dispensary, the first cashless dispensary in the U.S., directed all operations for multiple edibles kitchens, cultivations, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers, and conceptualized and launched dozens of products into the Oregon market.
Tyson also partnered with one of the nation’s top cannabis chefs to co-found Flourish Cannabis, a multi-state craft edibles company that specializes in farm-to-table infused edibles and pantry items. The company was ultimately acquired by Harvest Inc., one of the largest cannabis operations in the country.
For more than two decades, Tyson has also worked as a consultant for cannabis companies in California’s medical marijuana market, developing product, distribution and marketing strategies for a variety of verticals. He founded LVLS Agency, a cannabis consulting agency that specialized in branding, marketing, product development and distribution in the California cannabis market. He has also collaborated and consulted with many of the marquee brands and celebrities in the space, including 2Chainz, Travis Barker, Damian Marley and others.
Additionally, Tyson has extensive experience in the apparel industry, serving as National Sales Director for Tapout Clothing and Executive Vice President of Famous Stars & Straps, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker’s clothing line. He then founded Blk Mkt Supply, an agency and showroom in Phoenix, that represented action sports, MMA and streetwear brands globally.
Tyson also served as Global Sales Director for Money Ruins Everything and Global Key Account Director for La Jolla Group, managing relationships with brands such as Metal Mulisha, Rusty Surf, The Berrics, FMF Racing, Born X Raised, Gourmet Shoes and more. Further, he has built and managed numerous product collaborations with Family Guy, Blink 182, The Misfits, B-Real, Brian Deegan and more.
Tyson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from California State University – Long Beach.
